
Design and deposits
Any design work ie. sketches, mock ups, concepts, artwork, etc, are considered custom art and artist property.
Consultation process
During a consultation, I examine and explain the next design steps, estimated time & pricing, and setting a date and deposit. No designs are sketched at this time.
After a non refundable deposit is set, the design process begins.
The design is shown at the session and details will be finalized with the client at the session.
The design CANNOT be sent before the session.
The deposit does not go toward the design time, it goes towards the appointment for the tattoo service.
Any changes in design after the consultation for any reason may require a change in price, reschedule, and/or new non refundable deposit.
Design changes
Any changes made to the tattoo idea prior to the consultation may result in a small or drastic price change, rescheduling or cancellation. The sooner you ask for the change, the easier it is for your artist to pivot direction.
Touch ups
Touch ups due to negligent aftercare ARE NOT free, however actual mistakes by me will be fixed free of charge if located on; limbs and torso and if tattoo was done within 30-40 days. Hands, feet, face, neck, and intimate areas are not guaranteed.
Other artists work
I do not touch other artists work on clients.
Exceptions can be made upon request and at my discretion.
